Land located approximately 3 miles southwest of Streamstown, AB
Total of approximately 320 seeded acres
Conditions:
- For sale by tender subject to the reservations, exceptions and encumbrances contained on the existing certificates of title, but free and clear of any mortgage encumbrances.
- Mineral title not included.
- All offers to be in writing in the form provided and accompanied by a certified cheque in the amount of 10% of offer amount payable to PSM Lawyers in Trust Cheques will be returned without interest if offer is not accepted.
- Bidding will be conducted by ongoing tender. Once all qualifying bids are received, all bidders will be informed of the highest bid on each quarter they have bid on. Bidders will then be provided the opportunity to declare their bid final or to increase their bid by an amount of not less than 2% above the highest bid. Once all bidders have declared their final bid the bidders shall be informed of the Vendor’s decision.
- Balance of the purchase price of the successful offer, plus GST (if applicable), to be paid to PSM Lawyers in Trust by the Possession Date or the deposit will be forfeited.
- Highest or any offer not necessarily accepted.
- Purchaser will be responsible for payment of any applicable GST.
- Property taxes to be adjusted as of the possession date.
- Property sold “as is”. Bidders are assumed to rely solely on their own inspection of the land and the title.
- Closing Bid Date: December 5, 2025. Bidders to be advised of successful bid within 5 business days of Closing Bid Date.
- Possession Date: December 19, 2025.
