Biography
Jeff obtained his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria in 2006 and law degree from the University of Alberta in 2009. Born and raised in Lloydminster, he returned to article with Politeski Strilchuk Milen in 2009. He was called to both the Alberta and Saskatchewan Bar in 2010.
Jeff carries on a broad practice of law including real estate, corporate/commercial, wills and estates. He also practices widely in civil litigation, family law, builder’s lien, estate litigation and debt collection. He has represented clients in chambers applications, special chambers, pre-trial conferences, mediation, trials and appeals at the Provincial Court, Court of Queen’s Bench and Court of Appeal along with various administrative tribunals. His experiences includes family law matters involving home study assessments, mobility disputes, custody and access, child and spousal support, business valuations and property division. He has extensive experience in debt collection, including builder’s liens and foreclosure, commercial litigation and estate litigation.
